Kaloyeros Threat  

"Not long after the redecorating was reported Wednesday on the Times Union's Capitol Confidential blog, Kaloyeros — a flamboyant figure whose Ferrari sports a license plate reading "DR NANO" — posted a meme on Facebook that read, "Never kick me when I'm down, because when I get back up ... you're ____ed." (The meme contained the full expletive.)"


Cuomo Blames SUNY Processes

"When you say it was in my office — not to sound defensive, but this happened through the State University of New York, the SUNY system's purchasing and procurement process," he said. "I appoint people to the State University board, but it's not in my office, quote-unquote.

Note:  I believe FSMC is affiliated w/ SUNY RF, not SUNY  (but I'm not sure about purchasing/procurement process)
