"Ayats-Mas said the ams project has not experienced any delays like other
SUNY Poly projects have in recent months following revelations of an
investigation by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara into Gov. Andrew Cuomo's economic development projects, including those run by SUNY Poly. SUNY Poly broke ground on the new factory in April."
Notes: This statement is interesting. There hasn't been any construction work on the ams project in months. Maybe there is ongoing design work? What is also interesting is that Dr. K is no longer working at this point, so others are doing the usual work of interacting with these companies and trying to get them to rent space in the Zen building. Who are these "others"?
