Zemsky, ESD, SolarCity, Status of other Upstate FSMC Projects (10/4/16)
All contracts between FSMC and developers must be reviewed.
Some of the team at SUNY Poly may remain on projects.
ESD did not give details about the other upstate projects as requested.
